Monitoring - We can see the one-way audio issues has stopped occurring at around 12.50 today. We will continue to monitor until we receive official resolution from the transit provider, but systems indicate normal service has resumed.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting approximately 5–10% of calls, where audio from the transit side is not being received, resulting in one-way audio.
The issue is intermittent, occurring in clusters of calls before clearing for a period of time.
We have raised this with our carrier partner and are working closely with them to identify the root cause. We'll provide further updates as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Update - Callable Engineering Works notice:
We will be carrying out the second phase of our infrastructure upgrade at 01.00 tonight, early Tuesday morning.
We do not expect any disruption to services, however cluster resilience will be impacted during this time.
Estimated time for works: 2 hours.

Update - Service disruption update— Monday 20 July, approx. 012:42 - 02:02 BST.
Early on Monday morning, between 012:42 and 02:02 BST, some customers experienced disruption to call routing, recording and portal services following an infrastructure issue within our cloud environment. Our team identified and resolved the issue, and all services were fully restored around 02:02 BST, we have been monitoring since with no further issues.
We will be carrying out additional work to upgrade infrastructure in the early hours of the 22/07 between 01.00 and 03.00 BST as part of our ongoing commitment to service continuity safeguards. We must advise minor disruption could occur; however we are not expecting traffic to be affected during this time.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused in the early hours of Monday morning.
